STOP Policy Training
The GKM S.T.O.P. Policy Training equips volunteers and ministry leaders with the knowledge and practical tools to ensure a safe, respectful, and Christ-centered environment for all children, youth, and vulnerable individuals. Based on the four pillars—Screen, Train, Operate, and Prevent—this course outlines how to properly screen volunteers, maintain healthy boundaries, respond to concerns, and operate according to best practices. Through real-life examples and clear policy guidance, participants will gain confidence in their role as protectors and mentors within the church community.
